Corporate Gifting FAQ
Looking for a gift your team or clients will actually keep? A real leather jacket is worn for years, not left in a drawer. Here are answers to the questions companies ask us most.
Ordering
What is the minimum order for corporate gifts?
Our minimum order is [10] pieces. You can mix styles, colours and sizes within one order.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. Pricing depends on quantity:

How do I place a corporate order?
Call us at (929)790-5048 or email inquiry@strykergears.com with the styles you like, the quantity, any branding you want, and your delivery date. We will send a written quote within [1–2] business days.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes. You can order a single sample at [regular price]. If you go on to place a full order, we [deduct the sample cost from your total].
Customization
Can you add our company logo?
Yes. We offer:
- Embossed or debossed logo on the leather (usually on the chest or back of the collar)
- Custom inside label with your logo or a message
- Embroidered logo on the lining
- Personal names or initials for each recipient
Can each jacket have a different name?
Yes. Send us a spreadsheet with each person’s name and size, and we will personalise every piece.
Do you charge for customization?
[Logo setup is free on orders of [25] or more. Smaller orders have a one-time setup fee of $[amount].]
Will I see the design before production?
Yes. We send you a digital proof of the logo placement, and production starts only after you approve it.
Sizing
How do we handle sizes for a whole team?
The easiest way is to share our [Size Guide] with your team and collect each person’s size. If you are not sure, order your best guess and we will help with exchanges.
What if a jacket does not fit?
Non-personalised jackets can be exchanged for another size within [30] days of delivery. Personalised items can be exchanged only if [we made an error / the size is available to re-make at a fee].
Can we give a gift card instead, so people choose their own size?
[Yes. We offer corporate gift cards in any value, so each recipient can pick their own style and size.]
Production and delivery
How long does a corporate order take?
Standard (unbranded) orders ship within [3–5] business days. Customised orders take [2–3] weeks to make, plus 5–7 business days for delivery. For holiday gifts, we recommend ordering by [November 15].
Can you ship to different addresses?
Yes. Send us a list of names and addresses and we will ship each jacket directly to its recipient. [Extra shipping charges may apply.]
Do you ship corporate orders outside the US?
We ship to destinations worldwide. Delivery times, shipping costs, and customs duties vary depending on the destination country.
Packaging and presentation
Do jackets come gift-ready?
Every jacket arrives in [a branded garment bag / gift box]. For corporate orders, we can add:
- Custom gift boxes with your logo
- Printed thank-you or welcome cards
- A care card so recipients know how to look after their jacket
Payment
What payment methods do you accept for corporate orders?
We accept credit cards, bank transfer and [PayPal]. For approved businesses, we offer [invoice payment with Net 30 terms].
Do you require a deposit?
For customised orders, we ask for a [50%] deposit to start production, with the balance due before shipping.
Can you provide an invoice for our accounts team?
Yes. Every corporate order comes with a full invoice showing your company details.
