Returns & Exchanges
In short: If your jacket does not fit or is not what you expected, tell us within 30 days of delivery. You can swap it for another size or send it back for a refund.
IMPORTANT: Please do not send anything back before contacting us. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Return conditions
To be accepted, an item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and unaltered (trying it on indoors is fine)
- Free of marks, smells such as smoke or perfume, and pet hair
- Returned with all original tags and packaging
- Sent back within 30 days of the delivery date
How to start a return or exchange

Tell us what you want
A different size, a different item, or a refund.
Get your instructions
We reply within 24–48 hours with the return address and next steps.
Send it back
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and share the tracking number with us.
We inspect it
Once the item arrives and passes inspection, we ship your exchange or issue your refund.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Tell us the size you want when you contact us. We ship your replacement as soon as the original item arrives and passes inspection.
The customer pays shipping for exchanges.
